Carrie J. Fletcher collaborates with law firms and in-house legal teams globally to develop practical solutions that support leadership, management, and strategic objectives. Their bespoke leadership programs focus on enhancing core skills at the individual, team, and organizational levels. Additionally, their strategic work involves designing, refining, and executing effective strategies for teams, departments, and entire organizations.

 

Alongside private client work, Carrie serves as Head of Faculty for the UK-basedO Shaped project, which aims to transform the legal profession through a people-centered, client-driven approach to strengthening law firm and client relationships. They also contribute to leadership-related research and teaching in collaboration withLondon Business School’s Leadership Institute,Harvard Law School Executive Education (HLSEE), and Cambridge University’sMøller Institute.

 

Previously, Carrie was the Executive Director of HLSEE, where they provided strategic leadership in executive education. Before this, they directed curriculum design and client coaching at an ed-tech startup based at Harvard Business School. Earlier in their career, Carrie practiced law for 18 years at major U.S.-based law firms, with a focus on leadership development and fostering collaboration in both practicing and learning and development roles.
