With expertise spanning talent, leadership, organisation development and change management, she joined Clifford Chance in October 2022 as Global Head of Learning & Leadership Development based in London. Prior to joining Clifford Chance, JP’s career pivots across professional services, industry and consulting with a range of scaling tech companies. Key experiences include, Deloitte where she held a number of roles including leading Partner transitions & engagement, a relocation to Amsterdam to join Heineken as a leadership development consultant, working across a diverse portfolio of clients in a range of industries, and more recently was VP, Leadership & Development for Liberty Global. JP is an accredited executive and leadership team coach, NLP practitioner, as well as a qualified personal stylist, wine enthusiast and lover of a good book!
